In our one-on-one consulting meetings, we can discuss any concerns you have, create movement or nutrition guidelines, or walk through navigating external pressures impacting your goals. Whatever the need may be, let’s problem solve and plan together!

Pre- and post-prental appointment meetings
20-minute pre-appointment meeting to gather thoughts, write out important questions, etc. If relevant research is pertinent to your visit, I will equip you with resources from my library.
45-minute post-appointment meeting to go over new questions that arise, discuss concerns, gather research or documents relevant to your pregnancy. These will be sent to you 2-3 business days after our debrief.

With postpartum consulting, you will have an available advocate from birth to the end of the 4th trimester (12 weeks) to help navigate the unknown, the surprises, the concerns, the questions, the nutritional needs, return to movement help, and anything else your postpartum experience necessitates.

As your postpartum experience unfolds, we will create week-by-week movement plans, nutrition recommendations, supplement and product recommendations, and problem solving resources and information that is all 100% catered to your 4th trimester. No postpartum experience is the same (even for the same woman), so our consultation guidance will work with your journey as it unfolds. You can message as needed, and you will receive responses with answers, recommendations, or research/documentation to support your needs within 1 business day.
